Thorough preparation of financial and statutory documentation is the most effective step in ensuring a smooth and timely credit evaluation process with banks and NBFCs.

1. Business & Promoter KYC Documents

  • PAN Card of Promoters / Partners / Directors and the Entity.
  • Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID for address verification.
  • Entity Registration: Certificate of Incorporation, MOA & AOA / Partnership Deed / Udyam Registration.

2. Financial Statements

  • Audited Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Tax Audit Reports for the preceding 3 financial years with all schedules.
  • Provisional financial statements for the current running financial year.
  • Income Tax Returns (ITR) of the enterprise and key promoters for 3 years.

3. Banking & Tax Compliance Records

  • Operating bank account statements for the past 12 months in original PDF format.
  • GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 returns for the past 12 months with sales summary.
  • Existing loan sanction letters and repayment track records (SOA).

4. Security & Collateral Records (Where Applicable)

  • Title deed chain, latest tax receipts, approved building plan, and layout map.
